Tork Maddox is the leader of the Metal Maniacs, and rival to Nolo Pasaro, leader of the Teku. He is voiced by Adrian Holmes.
Appearance[]
He is a muscular African American with green eyes and black spiky hair. He has thick eyebrows, sideburns and a goatee. He wears a red tank top with a cut tire tread on his shoulders, vest-style. He wears dark green jeans and heavy-duty metal boots and gloves. His left eyebrow has a small scar, and he wears golden earrings. He has the Metal Maniacs logo tattooed to his left arm.
Personality[]
While aggressive and loud much like the other Metal Maniacs, he is also stern and level-headed, keeping the Metal Maniacs in check when they go out of line.
He has a fierce rivalry with Nolo Pasaro, leader of the rival team the Teku. Nolo blames Tork for his brother Tone's death, but Tork often suffers from nightmares about Tone Pasaro's crash and shows remorse. Because of this, Tork didn't cause the crash and it was Tone's fault, not Tork.

History[]
Ignition[]
Tork first appears at the coast alongside Taro Kitano to race new Teku leader, Nolo Pasaro. What he does not know is that the race is actually a revenge scheme set up by Nolo to kill Tork who he blames for killing his brother. Apparently, Tork never told Wylde of his race with Nolo. Perhaps he knew Wylde would mess things up, which is ultimately what ends up being true. At the starting line, Tork has a flashback where he expresses that Tone "won't even make it to the finish." Taro says that Tone's a good driver to which Tork brags, "Oh yeah? I'm better."
When the race starts, Tork quickly takes the lead while his opponent struggles. Tork smirks about this. When Nolo finally gets into the groove, he rams Tork from behind and Tork tells him to back off. Then Nolo pulls up even and yells, "This is for Tone!" and proceeds to try and push Tork over the cliff. Tork retaliates with a flame attack from his engine, forcing Nolo away. The fight is quickly stopped when Wylde squeezes between the and causes a massive wipe out that wrecks both vehicles. Tork expresses a lot of frustration at the destruction of his car when he is later seen punching it.
Speed of Silence[]
Tork is in the same meeting as all the other drivers before the intro scene where everybody is getting their cars ready for the next realm. Dr. Tezla wants to try out the accelechargers that were won in the Cavern Realm and the Swamp Realm. Tork finds that the Cavern Accele-charger iluminates dark areas and eliminates the need for headlights. Tork was then hit by Nolo and wiped out, leaving Nolo to take over the training track. Tork blew his engine on the track after trying to use Monkey's Nitrox 3 and a half. After the Water Realm, everyone is found sleeping. Tork has a nightmare of him racing Nolo's brother and crashes him which leads to Tone dying on the race. Tork wakes up to see a silhouette under his door and leaves to investigate.
Tork heads to the cars area and finds Karma and Nolo talking to each other. Tork confronts Nolo since they are in the Metal Maniacs garage bay. Nolo had previously intended to sabotage the vehicles so the Teku can only fight the drones. Nolo throws a wrench but it misses Tork.
Cars[]
Tork's only car is Hollowback. This gives the best track record for the Metal Maniacs and ties with Karma for best track record over all with cars, each only using one.

- Tork is the only person who led a team and did not lose a car.
- Tork is one of the two Metal Maniacs seen using the Cavern Realm Accelecharger, the other is Taro.
